📝 Booking & Cancellation Policy
⚠️ Full Payment Required: All bookings must be paid in full in order to confirm and secure your event date. Dates are not reserved until payment has been received.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Fee: A $200 non-refundable fee applies to all bookings. This fee covers administrative and scheduling costs and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
⚠️ Cancellation Timeline: You may cancel your booking at least 14 days before your event date and receive a refund of your payment, minus the $200 non-refundable fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable.
⚠️ Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days in advance, and your payment will be applied to the new date (subject to availability).
⚠️ No-Shows: Failure to notify us of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a forfeit of all payments made.
⚠️ Late Booking Fee: To ensure proper setup and scheduling, The Selfie Connect LLC requires bookings to be made at least 7 days before the event date. Bookings made less than 7 days in advance are considered late bookings and will incur a $75 rush fee, added to the total balance. Late bookings are subject to availability and must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
